At SYNATHLETIX Nutrition, we want you to have a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains when orders can be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

3. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, tampered with, or otherwise unsuitable for use, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Clear photographs of the outer package

Clear photographs of the product

Video of opening the package, where available

Description of the issue

We may investigate the issue with our delivery partner or manufacturing/quality team before approving a replacement or refund.

4. Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item, as applicable.

5. Returns

Because our products are consumable nutritional supplements, opened products generally cannot be accepted for return for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.

An unopened product may be eligible for return only where the return is accepted by SYNATHLETIX Nutrition and the applicable return conditions are satisfied.

Do not return a product without contacting us first.

6. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a problem with the quality, packaging, seal, taste, appearance, or other characteristics of a product, contact us with your order details and relevant photographs/videos.

We may request the batch number, manufacturing information, photographs, or the product itself for investigation.

7. Refund Exclusions

A refund or replacement may not be available where:

The product has been opened or used, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

The product was damaged after delivery through customer misuse or improper storage.

The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.

The request is made outside the applicable return/refund period.

The product has been altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reach your bank account or payment account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Shipping Charges

Where a refund is approved because of an incorrect product, damaged product, or other issue attributable to SYNATHLETIX Nutrition or its delivery process, applicable shipping charges may be considered as part of the resolution.

For customer-initiated cancellations or returns, shipping charges may not be refundable where applicable.

10. Promotional Orders

Orders purchased using promotional discounts, coupons, combo offers, or special campaigns may be subject to additional terms specified at the time of purchase.
